A little about Cosy Canines
I started Cosy Canines because I wanted to create a dog-walking service that felt a little more personal.
I know how important it is to feel completely comfortable with the person looking after your dog. Whether your dog needs a fun adventure, a lunchtime pop-in or a little extra care while you're away, I want you to know they're in safe, loving hands.
Every dog is different, so I take the time to get to know their personality, their needs and, of course, all their little quirks.
Your dog isn't just another booking in my diary, they're part of the Cosy Canines family.
Hi, I’m Emily!
Before starting Cosy Canines, I spent 5 years working in childcare, progressing in a managment role. I loved working with children and the experience taught me so much about patience, responsibility, communication and caring for others.
But over time, I realised I wanted to build a career around the things that genuinely make me happiest — dogs, being outdoors and spending time in nature.
So, I decided to take a leap and turn that passion into something of my own.
Cosy Canines was born!
My aim is simple! to provide dogs with happy, enriching adventures and give their owners complete peace of mind knowing their four-legged family members are in caring, trustworthy hands.
Every dog has their own personality, needs and little quirks, and I love getting to know them and giving them the individual care they deserve.
Because for me, this isn't just a job, it's doing what makes me happy.

MY SERVICES
Care that works for you and feels right for your dog.
Solo Walks
One-to-one adventures, just for them. A relaxed walk at your dog’s pace, with plenty of time for sniffing, exploring, playing and having fun outdoors.
Dog Sitting
Their home. Their routine. Their comfort.
Caring for your dog in the comfort of their own home while you're away, keeping their usual routine as normal as possible.
Pop-In Visits
A visit tailored to your dog whether they need a toilet break, some playtime, feeding, enrichment or simply a few cuddles.
Group Adventures (Currently Tuesday’s 12-1pm)
For dogs who love a little company.
Small, friendly groups where dogs can enjoy exploring, socialising and having an adventure together.
Currently running Tuesday mornings, with more days coming soon.
Puppy Care & Enrichment
Play, enrichment, training practice and plenty of positive interaction all tailored to your puppy and their stage of development.
How do you keep my dog safe while they’re with you?
Your dog’s safety always comes first. Before their first booking, I’ll get to know them, their routine and anything important I need to be aware of. I use appropriate equipment and I carefully choose walks and environments that suit each dog.
I’ll also keep you updated during their time with me, including photos from their adventures, so you know they’re happy and having a lovely time.

Cosy Canines is just me, Emily, so your dog gets to know the same person, rather than being passed between different walkers.
I genuinely love being outdoors and spending time with dogs, and that’s exactly why I started Cosy Canines. My aim is to give your dog a happy, enriching time while giving you complete peace of mind.
